Please read our refund policy before registering or paying for any class or services:

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cash refunds are only available for class registrations canceled 5 business days BEFORE the start of the class.  Requests for refunds less than 5 business days before the start of class will only be available if the dog and owner/handler enrolled in the class are unable to participate in the scheduled class(es) due to illness or injury (documentation required). 

Pre-paid Daycare, Swim and Bath Punch cards are NON REFUNDABLE. 

All requests for refunds or credits will be reviewed by Pup 'N Iron LLC management and may take up to 30 days.  

If you are unable to continue in your class(es) for any reason other than illness or injury affecting yourself or your dog, no cash refunds will be available, however credit for future classes and services will be reviewed on a case by case basis by management.  All credits must be used within 6 months of date issued.
